Cost = $900

Includes:

• $700 covers your 90 minute face to face with Dr. Mitchell.

• $200 covers your 18 panel lab draw. This is due at the time of booking

• Direct referrals to additional GI diagnostic testing

• $550 is due at the time of booking (labs + half your appointment fee). Remaining $350 is due after your appointment

• $1000 covers your two hour visit.

• $300 covers your 17 panel lab draw. This is due at the time of booking

• Pre-testing done if indicated (stool tests, breath tests, additional blood work)

First month:

• 50 minute visit with Dr. Mitchell

• Two Semaglutide injections

Monthly following the first month:

Includes:

• Weekly Semaglutide injections (as indicated)

• Weekly follow up with a wellness nurse
